Our reason for renting the home it was so close to our sons home in Tellico Village. The home very will maintained and close to shopping and 3 very nice golf courses, we will be going back again next year and I will rent it again.

We enjoyed our visit to this spacious and very clean house in Tellico Village, in a super quiet neighborhood close to the village grocery store. Dinner at the nearby Toqua Golf Club was great. We did buy the 8 per day passes to use the Village recreation facilities. Didn’t have a chance to cook, but the kitchen looked to have everything you would need to do so. Would stay again!
