Once you enter the villa, the stairs lead you from the entrance to living room. The house is built against a hill, so that the entrance to the house is accessible with a staircase, the dining room and sitting area with television are on the porch and are actually just "outside". On the terrace, there is even a bathtub! The pool deck and pool with lounge beds border this porch.

This 3-bedroom villa is perfect for your Luxury Getaway. With 1 king bed and 2 full beds, this brilliant property offers a charming atmosphere. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine & dryer, WiFi, board games and AC. Both bathrooms have a rain shower and there is a guest toilet available. Under the villa is another studio, which is also rented. The villa and the studio share the driveway. Both accommodations have their own entrance.

Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
