The second floor has another full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and wine cooler a 70 inch Samsung smart TV in the living room with 2 outdoor balconies with seating, to enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee. This unit is directly in front of the playground and only steps away from the pool. The third floor offers another full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The master suite with a queen bed and TV and the second room has 2 twin beds. Plenty of closet space in both bedrooms.

The property gives guest ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the best fishing, snorkeling, diving and sandbars in the area.
