This beautiful character home is a secluded sanctuary within an easy stroll to Hagley Park North. The spacious living area features a decorative fireplace, with wall panel heating making the whole house cosy and comfortable. Doors open straight from the living area to the elevated, covered conservatory which leads down to the garden; blending the cosy with perfect outdoor living.



Guest Access:

This home has a private entrance with an electronic lock and a guest specific code for your safety.



The Neighborhood:

A short, scenic stroll to the Botanic Gardens, Hagley Park, and the boutique shops and world-class dining of Merivale Mall.



Getting Around:

This property is a 15 minute walk to the Arts Centre and inner City. Buses and Ubers as well as electric scooters are readily accessible from this home.



Other Things to Note:

For stays of two weeks or longer, we’re happy to provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to keep everything fresh for you! If you’d also like a fresh linen change for a small fee, just let us know and we’ll get that scheduled at the same time.
