The place was clean, but it was small. Not really enough room for adequate use of the pull out couch. But the close proximity to the botanical gardens and cheesman park was perfect. It’s a great location

The description omits this apartment is over a garage. Steep stairs which was difficult for my husband who is having knee replacement surgery soon.
Layout is nice but the floors are extremely squeaky.
We texted the property management company asking for a 4-digit code to watch YouTubeTV and asked for laundry pods ( we were to have 2) and another soap. They responded they would ask for the code from the owners. And would drop off the pods. We were only supposed to get one tiny single use bath soap bottle so they didn’t know if another one could be given to is (2 adults/3 days). Nothing was dropped off or texted to us.
