This room was nice and clean. The location is great! If you want extra towels, bring them. You get 4 towels and washcloths. That’s not many of you’re staying a week. Also, this is the first condo I’ve stayed in that didn’t have a broom or vacuum to clean the floors. The laundry room and trash shoot are close by on the same floor. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall, the unit was clean and tastefully decorated. It served our needs while we were there. I did feel it could have been better for what we paid for the off-season. The mattress is shot and overdue for replacement, as the sides are collapsing down and you can easily slide off the side of the bed if you are not careful, I actually almost rolled out of the bed one night. The fitted sheet would not even stay over the corner of the mattress and we had to keep fixing it. The pillows are also pretty cheap quality and not very comfortable. The kitchen table chairs are pretty worn as well and could use an update. The building condition is dated and showing wear, actually expected it to be much nicer than it was. Beware of hidden charges that must only be in the fine print of the listing, such as tax is added to the daily fees and one-time charge for the rental. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar is ridiculously overpriced as well, with a service charge automatically added. The construction noise above or below our unit was pretty loud throughout the day. I guess what we paid for was the ocean view and close proximity to some great local establishments.
