Very new. A bit of a walk to main beach but very cycleable. Highly recommend.

The space was as viewed in the photos. Newly built. In a quiet neighbourhood. We found all we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy the deck. The walk to the main beach was longer than we had hoped. It was a short drive which we were okay with.
