Condo was very clean had all amenities listed. The only issue we had was not of the owner. It was the other guest smoking, where my children could be exposed.

Condo was in decent shape. Master room shower head was pretty gross with visible gunk/mold. Master bathroom wall had numerous areas of peeling paint and cracks. Water heater ran out daily after 2 adults and 2 small children showering. Last person was often left with a colder shower. Pretty low water pressure as well. Dryer could not be ran during the evening- squeek is very loud. Enjoyed the high top back patio table- side view of the ocean. For the price per night, we have stayed at better. If traveling with kids, it shows bunk beds. Be aware the top bunk is about maybe 18 inches from the ceiling. Not ideal for anyone to sleep.
