To complete the master bedroom suite there is an oversized vanity separate from the water closet for your convenience and a huge walk-in closet. The master suite faces the Gulf and has its own access to the ample-sized balcony where you can relax on our new patio furniture. The Guest bedroom (queen and twin) is conveniently located beside a large updated bathroom with a glass shower enclosure. A twin roll-away bed is also available. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
