Enjoy spectacular beach views from the home’s 3 balconies and beach access out the door! This pet-friendly home also includes an elevator and bonus sitting rooms—making it perfect for large groups and multi-family vacations on the Forgotten Coast!
Perfectly encompassing easy beachfront living, this 3-story, stilt-style home provides access to the white sand beaches of Cape San Blas directly in front of the home. The ground level also offers covered parking, elevator access, and stairs.
On the first floor, guests will find 2 guest bedrooms featuring queen beds, 1 guest bedroom boasting a soft king bed, and 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. The bunk room and 1 of the guest bedrooms boast sliding glass doors that open to a vast back deck with stunning beach views.
An open living, dining, and kitchen area on the second floor enjoys sweeping Gulf views through multiple sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious Gulf-front deck furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs. Inside, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and beach-inspired decor exude a family-friendly, welcoming feel throughout the great room. Guests can unwind on 2 loveseats that surround a 42” TV, share a meal at a dining table that seats 8, or sit at the dine-in counter and snack while loved ones and friends prepare a meal in the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a cozy living area with a futon sleeper sofa, a kid’s table, a bistro set, and a 32” TV, as well as a guest bedroom featuring a queen bed.
Guests staying in the primary bedroom on the third floor will enjoy a king bed, a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower, access to a private balcony with gorgeous beach views, and an adjacent reading space with cushioned chairs.

Everything was excellent! One thing that could be improved is the walk from the house to the beach. A boardwalk would be helpful for small children or the elderly as it is a long walk while carrying items and the sand can be super hot!!!

Very nice house with exceptions - Lots of trash across driveway in brush you could see from rear windows of housePart of one toilet paper holder was on the floor - my husband fixed with his own toolsOne towel ring was not hung - my husband fixed with his own tools2nd floor balcony door lock broken - management company repaired.dried sheetrock mud on 2nd floor bedroom by sliding balcony doorStove so old the settings for the stove temp control knobs were goneOne bathroom had an exposed electrical outlet with no cover plate It was embarrassing for our invited guests to see all the trash lying around and other items that were not fixed before we arrived.This is a nice house with good location. Management company needs to do better job of checking the house before guests arrive. The trash was a big thing for me.

We had seven adults and this house was perfect with bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space. We had a great time.
