Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft
Welcome to a true oasis in the center of the city, where luxury meets comfort in the heart of Hollywood Hills. Unparalleled views of LA from the downtown skyline to the Pacific Ocean.
The last house, out of four, behind a security gate at the end of the cul de sac. The house is not visible from the gate. This bright and inviting architectural marvel soars high enough for you to feel like your walking on top of the city when lounging, entertaining or simply dining al fresco on the ~1000 sq. ft. terrace with plenty of seating, resting tables, chairs, couches and armchairs. The house features a wraparound back yard with a salt water pool and spa that can be heated year round and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (natural gas grill/side burner and sink). The home has four bedrooms with king beds, 3 en suite bathrooms, 1 additional full bathroom and a powder room for a total of 5 bathrooms.
5 min to Hollywood Blvd. and Sunset Blvd.
15 min to Beverly Hills
10 min to Universal Studios
12 min to Crypto Arena (DTLA)
30 min to LAX
15 min to Burbank airport
3 min to Ralphs, Gelson’s, Lazy Acres Markets

This house is amazing. Great views and close to Thai Town. You can literally walk to multiple restaurants despite being up in the hills (though the stairs going up from the street are a bit strenuous if you aren't in shape). Be aware Uber sometimes marks your pick up location as the street below the home which you can get to by stairs. The owner was very responsive. The master shower is insane with a window into the bedroom looking out the glass doors into the LA. I would stay here again.
