Perfect beach bungalow. Bathroom is very spacious. Would rent again.

It is perfectly located, walking distance to pool, beach, and Rosemary Restaurants.
The carriage home it is very small and not the most comfortable layout.
But it is pretty, clean and quiet.

The place is very clean and nice. Not a lot of items available for the week like toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap etc. we definitely had to run to the store! Both of our beach/pool passes didn't work so the property manager came by to give us new ones. She was really helpful! Overall we had a great stay here.

Cute little carriage house but needs a little TLC. It’s small and somewhat awkward as far as design but more importantly, the sofa is filthy. The pillows were also worn and the upstairs loft area needs to be painted. There are some stains in certain places. The full mattress is very uncomfortable and hard. We had a difficult time sleeping. The deck should include two chairs and is in need of reinforcing. It slants downward pretty significantly. Rosemary is considered a luxury stay so this carriage house is not quite fitting the bill.
