We loved this property in almost every way. It had great seating, beautiful views, precious blue birds feeding babies in the bird house, well appointed kitchen, but there was one thing guests should be aware of. The beds have very cushy mattress toppers on them, which will be great for most guests, but they can be dangerous for the elderly. They do not stay in place and slide side to side on the bed during the night. My 85 y/o mother thought she had sturdy mattress next to her to roll onto when trying to get up, when in fact there was 6” of unsupported mattress toppers and she ended up in the floor. We actually picked this location specifically because it appeared great for those with mobility issues (no stairs, electric recliners, sun room, etc) and never thought of the beds. We’ve had no experience with mattress toppers before and didn’t realize this could happen. For most people the mattress toppers would feel luxurious, but be mindful of the fact that they do move!

We took our two (young adult) boys and their girlfriends, and it was so fun! The house is nice, quiet, and comfy. The amenities were great! We will definitely be back!

Location is okay. House was nice, for safety reasons, I would not let kids swim off the dock, water was really dirty with trash and huge sticks and logs. The boat dock is also not available for a personal use. Other than that, house was nice and clean everything you needed. I think for the price you could find a better property.
