'Reel Time' is a beautiful, very private oceanfront property with unobstructed access to the beach. With 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and an additional large outside shower, this house comfortably sleeps 10. And with decks on both the beach and bay sides, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets year round! The 60ft screened porch on the ocean is also ideal for porpoise watching while sipping your morning coffee. We also have a 300 ft. Dock for fishing and crabbing. We have four crab pots to use.
With 2 fully stocked kitchens, the house is furnished to host larger groups and families vacationing together. Being ground level with few stairs, this house is also ideal for elderly or families with children.
If you're here for some of the best fishing , you'll be excited to hear the house is located only 0.5 miles away from the Alligator Point Marina & Tiki Hut. The house is also equipped with a convenient fish washing station to clean your fish before throwing them on the grill for dinner! Or put them in the freezer under the parking structure to freeze before heading home.

This house had everything! We could not have asked for a better beach vacation!

We took our sons and there families including two small children.It was spacious for 6 adults and 2 children. We loved the duplex idea with a barn door separating the two units. We could open up during the daytime and close for privacy at night. (especially having the children to bed early.Loved the large screen porch with a great view of the ocean. Just steps away from the beach, so convenient with running back to the house for diaper changes.Our host was great! She notified me when the cleaning staff had completed the unit and one son was able to enter a few hours early.Another delightful surprise were the Leucistic squirrels!!!

July20-28, 2025If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to unwind from the hustle/bustle of life Reel Time on Alligator Point is your next vacation! This quaint beachhouse is perfect. Lisa & Bob have thought of everything you could possible need from kitchen supplies to towels, board games, beach toys, 3 kayaks, paddle board, fishing gear, beach shelters/chairs, grill supplies and so much more. The screened porch has phenomenal views while enjoying your morning coffee, providing an afternoon refuge from the sun and a place for evening relaxation. The dock is great for fishing, crabbing and watching sunrise/sunset. You may even see dolphins hunting or a manatee out for a swim, as we did. This vacation retreat is perfect for a large and/or multi-generational family. Trident & Angelo's are two local restaurants we tried and would recommend. The Tidal Coast gas station across from Angelo's carries incidentals you may have forgotten during your larger grocery shopping in Crawfordville (this is where you will want to get groceries prior to arrival to Alligator Point). Our time flew by and we had to return to Ohio too soon. We will be back again because this place is a lil slice of heaven. Great location! Well equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. Lisa was an excellent host.
