Nestled just steps from the East Village Ski Way—yes, we’re the third unit closest to the path—our home offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and tranquility. Located in one of Sun Peaks’ newer developments, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet away from the village bustle while being just a 12-minute walk (or a free quick winter shuttle ride) to shops, restaurants, and more.
With 1,500 sq. ft. of open-concept living space, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome has room for everyone to unwind. Relax in the living room with its sectional and cozy chairs by the gas fireplace, or gather around the live-edge dining table for family meals and games. The fully equipped kitchen features stunning wood cabinets, a gas range, quartz countertops, and all the tools you’ll need to create delicious meals.
After a day of carving turns or chasing powder, there’s nothing better than stepping out to your private hot tub on the back patio. Sink in, let the jets work their magic, and watch the snow fall—it’s the ultimate way to unwind and recharge for tomorrow’s runs.

We were a group of 2 families and first time in Sunpeaks and this place was the best we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve stayed at so many!). We felt like we were renting a family friends home and felt that it was taken care of so well. The space is thoughtfully laid out from the ski and snowboard racks in the garage and the boot warmers and chairs and benches so it was so easy to keep the gear outside and put on to the ski hill steps away. (Literally 10 steps to the ski way). The rooms themselves were spacious with lots of storage space and so many hook - 10 per room so amazing to hang your ski gear and towels. The hot tub was maintained daily and was such a treat after each ski day. Little touches like towels next to the door, napkins on the table and a kitchen well stocked for things, amazing. For non skiing days there is a well stocked game cabinet full of family fun.

Good ski in and out via Orient chair and Orient Return run. Host communicated well. Hot Tub was excellent, clean and at 104. Kitchen and Bathrooms clean but the place could use a good dust…bedposts and blinds in particular! We feel that for the cleaning cost, having to dispose of your own garbage and recycle or pay a huge fee is not reasonable but not sure if all places at Sun Peaks are like this?
