The condo was right next to the pool and beach which is very convenient. Noise level is moderate but can get old on a 7 day visit. The condo itself is needs updating. Many items are worn and in need of replacement. The one thing that was very frustrating were round door handles that would not turn to open (Queen Bedroom bath). We own 4 short term rentals and understand a great rating is very important but I

The ground floor has easy access. The pool and beach are just steps away from the unit which makes it very convenient. The kitchen is well appointed and it was nice to have a washer and dryer.

Host was very welcoming and easy to get in touch with and responded to any need we had.

The room was nice but needed a couple of updates ( master mattress, the kitchen ceiling was chipping off, coffee table was very wobbly). The ladder in the pool was broken and had caution tape wrapped around it for the week but the steps still accessible. The outlets were not working in several places.
