Second Living Room: This space offers accent seating, a Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (non-operational).

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, pot filler over the cooktop, and a convenient coffee bar area. You'll also enjoy a kitchen island with bar seating for two.

Dining Area: The dining area has a table and seating for eight guests.

You'll also enjoy an outdoor patio with seating and a Smart TV. Enjoy dining outside with the patio dining table and propane BBQ. Take in some relaxation in the hammock or enjoy some outdoor games in the grassy area. There's also a ping-pong table in the garage.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $75 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
