My family and my high school track team stayed here during the Nike Outdoor Nationals track meet. The home is beautiful and well-maintained, showing the care that the owners have taken with it. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to everything. Everything is in working order, and there was nothing that we needed that the house did not provide. There was plenty of space for 10 without feeling like we were on top of each other. The owner was communicative and helpful throughout. This is a great place if you need to bring a group to Eugene.

Everything was amazing for our family to celebrate our Duck's graduation in June of 2025. The house was perfect and we truly loved the backyard space with a cozy spot to watch TV, and the yard to play bags. We grilled out for most meals and played games too. We also found the kitchen, bed and bathrooms to have everything we needed and experienced a quick response time when we had any questions. No improvements to suggest at all- we highly recommend this house and appreciated our host Kaci very much!

The property exceeded our expectations! Clean, spacious and beautiful. The host communication was prompt and professional. We will definitely look to book again when we are in Eugene!

Very nice. Great for entertaining. Back yard with a TV. Beds are confortable. Host responds quickly
