To ensure a seamless start to your vacation at Summer House, we stock each condo with a starter set of essentials. Bathrooms are equipped with a single set of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper. In the kitchen, you'll find a starter supply of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags, designed to cover your first night's needs. As is standard for vacation rentals in our area, we do not offer daily housekeeping or restocking of amenities, unlike a hotel. Please plan to bring any additional supplies you'll need for the duration of your stay. We're here to help you kick off your vacation with ease—reach out if you have any questions!

IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION
* Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to reserve this property. A valid ID and signed reservation agreement are required to confirm your booking.
