This cute little suite is beautifully decorated and is in the desirable area of Dilworth Mountain. It is centrally located and literally 5 minutes from anywhere including Orchard Park Mall, movie theatre, great restaurants, pubs, golf courses, hiking trails and more.
The space has a separate living area and kitchenette that is equipped with a microwave, hot plate, refrigerator , bar fridge, coffee pot, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery and, of course, wine glasses.
High speed wifi, optic TV and Netflix are included.
There is a single cot available if needed. Additional adults (more than 2) who are approved by host before arrival will be expected to pay $40 per night. Families with young children or babies will not be expected to pay this fee.
A high chair, PAC & Play, toys and baby bath are available for the baby. Locked storage is available for bikes, skis or golf clubs.
Big White ski hill is a short 50 minute drive from the property. You are only 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the airport.

Katherine and Ron were delightful hosts. The suite was spotless and beautifully fitted out. It was very comfortable and homey, with lovely touches like body lotion, a basket of goodies, and little extras throughout. It’s not a criticism in any way, but I hadn’t realised it was a basement room, which was fine with me, but my husband would have not coped as he was claustrophobic. Other than that, I couldn’t fault my stay and would stay again.

The hosts were kind. I did not realize it was a basement suite and the stairs were too much for me. Being short, i had a hard time reaching anything in the cabinets. But it was clean and nicely appointed. Huge bed, comfy furnishings.
