We had a great stay at this property, and the location is hard to beat. It’s just a 10 minute scenic walk over the Goldenrod Bridge to the beach, with restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream shops all within walking distance.The house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed dinner on the patio, and the peaceful, safe neighborhood made evening walks nice.Balboa Island and Fashion Island are both only about a 5 minute drive, offering even more dining, shopping, and dessert options.Communication was excellent, check-in was seamless, and the property was exactly as described. If you’re looking for a beautiful home in a quiet, upscale neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Amazing location. Loved the walk down to the beach. We were there for the 4th and the community fireworks on the water was spectacular. We ate at several restaurants in walking distance and had a great experience. Highly recommend this listing.

Great property… easy walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. We had left a valuable item at the property and they were very helpful in locating it and mailing it back to us.

Great property with excellent location. Stayed for a week and felt like it was our own home. Main deck with BBQ, fire pit and big table was a great gathering spot. Ability to walk to the beach and restaurants was amazing.
