This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 14; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters.

**Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
**The spa portion of the pool is not a hot tub and does not function in the same way a 'stand alone' hot tub functions. The spa portion cannot be heated separately and is heated to the same temperature of the pool.
