In town for a major family event with five adults. Worked out very well for us. It was nicely appointed, and the bathrooms were very much appreciated. Only very minor comments would be that it would be nice to have two or more sets of keys when you have multiple adults, maybe heading in different directions while in town. Also room darkening shades would be appreciated since the street lights outside are right at window level. Bedrooms are fairly brightly lit at night. There’s definitely some street noise overnight, because we were there on a weekend, but the owners are very transparent about that in their advertising. Also, the messaging with the owner if you have any issues with the room, you will be in touch with AI and not actual humans. I think the message gets to humans eventually. I would call all of these small opportunities for improvement in general. Everyone liked the room and liked the location and it worked out well for our group.

Spacious and clean! Comfortable beds! Perfect location, and walking distance to so many attractions. Hosts are very responsive to any questions.

Very clean and spacious. Location was great. We could walk to restaurants and shops. Very close to the river which has a great walking path and gardens. Host uses AI to communicate which was sometimes frustrating. A property management company owns the unit, not an individual. We only had one key to the apartment. Several videos for check in but not specific to our unit. We didn’t have heat upon our arrival. Property management did resolve the issue after several emails and phone calls to someone not familiar with the property. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding. Kitchen was well stocked. Traffic noise!. No black out shades making it a little difficult to sleep in. But we got up and enjoyed the town. Found great restaurants and drove up to the park on the bluffs were we could see for miles.
