Relax and enjoy our pleasant and welcoming well equipped Home away from Home. Here you will find real Hawaiian flair within a cute renovated Plantation style Home. Location is prime - 5min to the Beach Parks, 3min to the Airport & 7min to Downtown. Our private House features 3 separate Bedrooms which is perfect for larger groups and families. Easy Self Check-in.
Our clean comfortable home will welcome you with Aloha! Spend days exploring Waterfalls or enjoy a trip to the Volcano National Park!
We are located in a perfect Location to explore beautiful Hilo! The fully equipped kitchten allows you the comforts of home. Enjoy free WiFi and Netflix! Ceiling fans in every room and breezy windows are awaiting you!!
In the carport area you will find a nice sitting area with a table, BBQ`s and a brand new washer&dryer.
In the backyard you`ll find delicious Oranges and Lilikois, feel free to eat them and sit on the lawn chairs with a large sun shade umbrella. The property features a nice sized yard, perfect for children to play.
The three separate bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen are spacious and will give you enough room for your whole group of family&friends. You will find plenty of towels in our home, also beach towels.
Guest can self Check-in with Keypad on Door.
You can Check yourself in via Keypad on the Door. We are happy to provide recommendations to our favorite spots to see and for food! Just ask us :) we happy to assist you!
The landscape of Hilo, on the Big Island of Hawaii, is diverse. Beaches of black, gray, brown and white sand give way to mountains and dramatic waterfalls. Hilo`s Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo is the only U.S. zoo in a tropical rainforest.
A day trip away are snow-capped Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa, with observatories near 11,000 feet on both mountains, and Kilauea Caldera, an active Volcano.
Back in town are farmers market, restaurants, shopping and amazing banyan trees.

Good Neighbor Policy
a. Quite Hours shall be from 9:00pm-8am during which time the noise from short term vacation rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
b. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
c. Guest vehicles shall be parked within the designated onsite parking area.
d. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.

Comfortable house in a great spot for exploring the Hilo side — waterfalls and Volcanoes National Park were an easy drive. Also, it’s close to Hilo airport. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals. Would stay again.

This house was perfect! It is close in town, we were 5 minutes from pretty much everything, the mall, Walmart, grocery store, restaurants. Ideal location on a nice quiet street. All rooms has their own AC & ceiling fans. But the house is very airy with windows. The house came with everything you would need for your stay. The only thing you need to buy, is groceries for cooking! Definitely would like to book this house again, highly recommended for family vacation! And we absolutely loved the sofa! Roomy, soft and so relaxing for ending your day!! Washer & dryer was super convenient to have. The host is super friendly and very communtive on how to check in to the house, and how to check out. We didn't need much, so we didn't reach out too often. But when I say everything was perfectly smooth, I mean it.

Host had snorkel gear, towels, and toys for the beach. Pack your sunscreen and prepare to have fun on the beach.
