Overlooking the sea, Villa con Piscina Vista Mare stands out for its stunning views and proximity to the beach. Spread over two floors, the villa features a living room, two fully equipped kitchens, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. A crib and high chair are available upon request.



The private outdoor area includes a swimming pool, garden, two open terraces, three balconies, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The center of Santo Stefano di Camastra is about 2 km away, and a restaurant is located nearby.



Free street parking is available just steps from the property. Alternatively, you can park in front of the gate, but access is via a very narrow road suitable only for small cars or two-wheelers.



Pets are welcome. Wi-Fi is available. Air conditioning is not provided, but the villa remains cool inside. The property is near the railway. Beach and pool towels are provided.



Early or late check-in and late check-out can be arranged for an extra fee. A daily tourist tax must be paid in cash; children under 12 are exempt. At check-out, please leave the house clean to avoid extra charges.



IMPORTANT: Waste must always be sorted and collected in transparent bags, as required by local regulations. Staff may check bag contents and refuse collection if rules are not followed. Failure to comply may result in part of the deposit being withheld.
