This West Park duplex near Kamm's Corners sleeps 10 with 2.5 baths and free parking. Cleveland Hopkins Airport is 11 minutes away, Progressive Field and downtown 12, the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo 15 and the Cleveland Clinic main campus 20. It works well for family reunions, sports weekends and medical stays.



The Space:

You book the entire duplex: two private units in one 100-year-old home. Everyone sleeps under one roof, and each half of the group gets its own kitchen and living room. It's a good fit for families traveling together, sports weekends and longer Cleveland Clinic stays.

Unit 1: living room with a brick fireplace wall, a blue velvet sofa and a large smart TV.

Unit 2: bright living room with built-in shelving, a sectional and a smart TV.



Board games, video games and yoga mats are provided.



🍳 Kitchens & Dining (two full kitchens)

Both kitchens have a gas stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, Keurig, toaster, blender, cooking basics and dishes. One has warm oak cabinets and the other sage-green cabinets. There's a dining table in each unit, plus a breakfast nook.

Office (2nd floor): futon for a 9th and 10th guest. The office is reached through the bathroom and has its own door.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100



❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $750 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



📌NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
