Great location for us!! In town for a wedding at the Preserve and this location was perfect!! One story house was also very helpful for my group! The bedrooms were clean and spacious…and the back porch on the river was so pretty! Very helpful and quick communication from host when I had a question about wifi! Highly recommend!

This is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family. We all soaked in the river and watched all the wildlife. It was perfect and peaceful. The house is so cute. Plenty of space for everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at the River Rose. The trip wasn't what we had planned, due to the flooding of the Guadalupe River a week before, but it was what we needed. The house was clean and well organized and the property was gorgeous. The mornings on the patio were very relaxing, due to the bird feeders that attracted many types of birds and the resident squirrels. The neighbors who had rented the large house down the way were quiet noisy during the day but we managed.
