Also located on the first floor is a bathroom with a combination tub and shower. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom features fairway views with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a separate queen bed. Bedroom 3 also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outside, the villa features a private deck with seating for 6 overlooking fairway views of the George Fazio golf course.
