Located in a small closed and quiet condominium on the right bank of the Grau du Roi in the popular area of Boucanet (shops at 900m, city center at 1500m)
Its exterior has a pretty south-facing terrace of 18m² perfect for lunch and relaxation (awning, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, electric barbecue/plancha).
The interior on 2 levels is warm and friendly (refurbished in 2024).
On the first floor: Bright living room with small living room sofa bed 140cm bed and TV + fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) + separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bathroom with shower/sink + 2 bedrooms, one with a 140cm double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds (140cm double bed at the bottom + 90cm bed at the top (forbidden to children under 6 years old).
The proximity of the beach is a real asset (400m). The house is located between Port Camargue and La Grande Motte, close to shops (900 m), restaurants, water activities, tourist attractions and 1500 m from the city center. Bus stop (shuttle 606) 200 m away serving the Montpellier Sud de France SNCF station. Montpellier airport 20 minutes away

Paid option at an additional cost:
Bed linen rental (beds made on arrival) + towels i.e. 12 € / person.
Rental of two adult bicycles for the whole stay for 10 €.
Additional mandatory cost for cleaning: 60€
Price of the night between 67€ and 122€ depending on the period. Weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday between 01/06 and 30/09 and school holidays. Possibility to book by the night (minimum 2 nights) outside these periods.
Pets can be accepted after discussion. Only one per stay, supplement of 15 euros.
Obligation to present an identity document at the key collection and a certificate of holiday insurance with the name of each occupant.
