Poway is called `The City in the Country` at its center is Old Poway Park, where you’ll find historic buildings, as well as a mock train depot and a functioning locomotive that still makes runs on Saturdays when the Poway Farmers Market sets up in the park.

- The 6th Bedroom with a king bed is a detached guest casita with a kitchenette and its own washer and dryer.
- The estate has a full-time groundskeeper who has maintained the property for 15 years. Your privacy will be respected and they will avoid working on areas of the grounds you are occupying.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
○ By booking this property, you are agreeing to sign our rental contract & provide your email address after booking so we can send you our rental contract.
○ Upon booking you are also agreeing to providing your photo ID and completing our screening process through Safely.
○ Minimum age of primary renter: 30
○ Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside.
○ Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway at the property.
○ Standard occupancy is 12 guests, and maximum occupancy is 19 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30 per guest, per night.

Our family celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and one of our grandson’s joining the Marines. It was an amazing time. We loved the pool loved the bedroom arrangements loved all of the sporting opportunities that we had to play together as a family. Highly recommend this property. My favorite part was in the morning having coffee out on the front porch. The Landscaping was so beautiful . The wind chimes softly playing with the water feature in the background. After breakfast, we were off and running playing pickle ball, basketball, golf and enjoyed the beautiful pool in the afternoon. After dinner, we all went up to the baseball park and played wiffle ball or kickball. My six-year-old grandson asked me if we could live there for a year. It really made for an awesome experience and memories that we will hold in our hearts forever. Someone posted it was better than the pictures and I second that do not have one complaint about this property. It was amazing. I hope we can return someday

This property is even better in person. The sports activities throughout the property are in perfect condition and all of the equipment is provided. The host was very friendly and always available and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!
