Designed by renowned interior designer Barclay Butera, Villa Butera blends timeless Spanish-inspired architecture with fresh, sophisticated interiors and playful details. French doors and thoughtfully designed living spaces create an easy connection between the home and its lush outdoor surroundings.
The heart of the property is the spectacular outdoor oasis. Spend the day beside the lagoon-style pool and spa, relax beneath the mountain views, gather around the waterfall, or enjoy cocktails and conversation around the fire pit as the desert sky comes alive.
For effortless outdoor entertaining, the villa offers an outdoor kitchen, grill, bar seating, and elegant dining and lounging areas. Multiple furnished patios create private places to relax throughout the day.
THE HOME
Villa Butera offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms feature king beds and the fourth offers a queen bed. Several suites open directly to private furnished patios, giving guests both shared spaces for gathering and private spaces for quiet relaxation.
The spacious interior includes a formal living room, dining room, breakfast area, family room, and a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances—providing plenty of room to cook, dine, relax, and entertain.

We loved this magnificent property and hope to come back regularly. We did a low-key 50th birthday with friends and spent tons of time around the pool. Lots of space to spread out. Great location. Beautifully designed and appointed!

Villa Butera is like staying in a five star resort! The house & the grounds are beautiful & well maintained. Our family appreciated using the pool & hot tub in a magical setting. We are grateful for the easy & positive communication with both the owner & property manager. We hope to return.

My family and I enjoyed every aspect of the house! It’s so relaxing, everything well put together. 3 master bedrooms! We had a great time in the pool and hot tub! Super clean, David our concierge is awesome, so helpful and understanding.

The property was our personal resort. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces as well as the beautiful interior. Comfortable furniture including beds throughout. David was always available to answer our questions.
