Has Washer, Dryer. Great location. Quiet area. Close to everything. Newly remodeled kitchen and furnished with all new furniture. Come stay on the water and watch the manatees and dolphins from the backyard. Hot tub, grill, screened porch for your use. Only minutes from Cape Canaveral and 5 minutes to Cocoa Beach. Not far from Orlando - Disney Attractions. Great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet home like setting away from traffic and noise. Great location if you are needing a place for the USSSA tornaments. Short term or long term stays.

Big place, tri level so lots of stairs. Includes everything like boards and chairs for the beach, beach towels, 4 kayaks, paddle board. Right on the water in the back yard and comes with fishing poles. Great place!

Absolutely loved staying here! Tony was very welcoming! Great location, easy to get to and lots of parking. Hot tub worked and very warm! Definitely, staying here again!

This property was just what we needed before leaving for a cruise out of Cape Canaveral. The house was very convenient to restauranats and last minute shopping. Will plan on staying here the next time i sail out of Cape Canaveral.
