This is a two story, newly remodeled townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It has a private pool in the backyard, plus it is along a canal and has parking space for a boat trailer. There is a boat slip but the owner keeps his boat there. You can, however, dock your boat to the deck, right next to the slip. A lifted deck has a great view overlooking the canal. It is also, just a short drive to the beach.
The living room has reclining couches and a large TV. Dining table seats 6. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and dining. The half bath is on the first floor.
Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 2 guest rooms have full size beds and the primary room has a king size bed. Every bedroom has a TV. 1 of the full bathrooms is attached to the primary room and has a large walk in shower. The primary room and 1 of the guest bedrooms have connecting balconies that over look the pool in the back yard and the canal.
The amazing back yard has an outdoor table with seating for 6 under a covering. There are also 4 chaise lounge chairs poolside. The lifted deck is above the boat slip and has a table with seating for 4 plus 2 additional deck chairs. You can fish from the backyard! The driveway has enough space to park 2 vehicles plus a boat trailer can be parked next to the driveway.

We stayed here last year and had an awesome time. This year there were a few issues. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, the pool was in need of cleaning and had a lot of debris on the bottom. The outdoor shower had a broken internal pipe and wasn't working. The lights were out in the downstairs bathroom and there were no toilet paper rolls or paper towels. I contacted the host but didn't get a reply until the next day. The pool guy finally came by on Wednesday afternoon to clean it, but we were leaving Friday morning. The trash bin was almost completely full, so I assume the previous renters did not put it out on the curb on Friday. The house was very clean when we arrived and other than the stated issues we all had a good time,

Great accommodations on Padre Island. Minutes from Balli Beach and South Padre National Park. You can drive to the beach in about 3 minutes or walk in 6 minutes. Pool was nice, and deck on the canal is a great view.

We have rented several VRBO properties over the years and this is the first one that was not clean upon our arrival. We purchased cleaning supplies to clean the bedrooms, bedding, and bathrooms, before we unpacked. Refrigerator needed cleaning. Towels were worn. Furnace/AC filter, ceiling vents, and ceiling fans were very dirty. Furnace and 2 TVs did not work. Contacted property manager, who cleaned the refrigerator, replaced the furnace filter, contacted HVAC tech to repair the furnace, and replaced the 2 TVs. The property and office manager were very responsive and also reimbursed us for the cleaning fee.
