Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you Les Terrasses du Palais, a beautiful 65 m² flat in the heart of Vannes, easily accessible by public transport. Its location is ideal for enjoying the historic city of Vannes, as well as its port and the entire Morbihan Bay.
The flat is on the 2ᵉ floor with lift, and offers all the comforts to guarantee you a stay without false note! It comprises a beautifully decorated, high-standard living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and lounge opening onto a west-facing balcony, two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC.
The accommodation comprises
- A large living room (approx. 35 m²), tastefully decorated and furnished with armchairs, coffee tables and television.
- Dining area with table and 4 chairs
- A fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with bath and washing machine
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A lovely west-facing terrace to enjoy meals and aperitifs with family or friends, furnished with a table, chairs, parasol and two deckchairs
Neighborhood:
- Town center and shops 5 minutes' walk from the flat: Monoprix, pharmacies...
- Wednesday and Saturday markets
- Halles centrales and Halles aux poissons 10 minutes from the flat
- Intermarché is less than 5 minutes from the flat and a bakery is less than 100 meters from the flat.

- Visit Vannes: old-stone enthusiasts can explore the historic town center and admire its cobbled streets and half-timbered houses.
- Discover the Regional Nature Park: coves, points, peninsulas, islets, typical harbors... Admire the coastal path or board a cruise ship at the ferry terminal.

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the town centre and supermarket. The apartment was well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher...home from home! The garage was secure and had easy access from the apartment. Our host Mailys was very helpful in getting us settled in and was available by phone should we have needed anything. Overall the apartment was very comfortable and we spent 3 weeks exploring the town of Vannes and surrounding area. This was our second stay in the apartment.. the first being 2 years ago.

The apartment was excellent for our needs. It has a double bed and two single beds. Ideal for a family, or recommended for a short trip for 4 adults. Easy to reach from the highway! The location, about 10 min outside the old town, ideal! Nearby it has a Carrefour which is also in max. 10 to reach! The central bus hub is also in 10 min to reach.
What we find somewhat lacking: You are not personally introduced, so you have to find out everything yourself. The contact with the apartment management runs via e-mail, which works pretty well and it is helped.
Basically, however, a good accommodation that we can recommend!

Stayed here before. Washer and Dryer were both small (by American standards) but worked. Dirty dishes, dirty flat wear and dirty small kitchen appliances plus teeny spiders in various corners, dirty heating radiators, dusty baseboards, etc. gave me lots of enjoyable time cleaning up as much as I could. Second stay stank because the dryer doesn’t now work, there is a water leak in the living room ceiling, and it was less clean upon arrival than when I left it in the summer. Conciergerie gets a zero frm me.
