Two queen beds, two bathrooms, one bedroom and bathroom on first floor and the other on the 2nd floor with kitchen and living room. Fully equipped Kitchen with air conditioning - perfect for the Summer Evenings!! Close to all amenites including Perkins Cove! Back deck with BBQ grill. Parking for two cars. Beach chairs and beach cart will be provided for your convenience. No need to drive anywhere! This home is a guest to the main residence, but plenty of privacy. What a fantastic location! It's an easy walk to both the beach and downtown, making it the perfect home base. While the area is busy with plenty of activity, we loved being right in the heart of it all.The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The primary bedroom was exceptionally quiet at night, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in.We traveled with our teens (15 and 17), and everyone agreed this place was a win. We happened to visit during a heat wave, and the air conditioning kept the home perfectly cool and comfortable. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon, which made our trips to the beach so much easier.We would absolutely stay here again!

Love this place! Great location and can walk to everything! Quiet and peaceful! Owner was wonderful and very responsive! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
