One of our friends did not like pillows. But he's from US, accustomed to higher standards than the rest of us, modest Europeans.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Murva. The house oozes rustic charm and the rooms, all with air con, are very comfortable. The pool area and games room with pool table kept the kids (and adults) occupied all week. We made maximum use of the great outdoor kitchen and dining area, barbecuing on the open fire and eating outside every evening. Ivan the owner was very responsive to our questions and when we discovered the dishwasher was broken when we arrived, he replaced it immediately. The mid week towel change was a nice touch. The house is perfectly located 10 mins by car to Zminj for provisions, 45 mins by car to Rovinj on the coast and a 20 minute bike ride to pretty Svetvincenat. Villa Murva is a charming property full of character and a great spot from which to explore Istria.

This is not typical holiday facility but rather a house that has a story to tell. Perfect property for big families or friends that would like to spend a weekend or a week together. You will get big, almost half professional kitchen, nice dinning and living rooms, excellent barbecue place, sauna, whirlpool etc.

Some appliances didn't work (stove, dishwasher, coffee machine) but the landlord lord assured us that he will fix it right away.
