Guillestre is located in the east of the Hautes-Alpes department, 15 km from Embrun and 30 km from Briançon. It is the gateway to the Queyras Natural Park and also to the ski resorts of Risoul and Vars by free shuttles.
It is an ideal place for cyclists who want to test the mythical passes such as the Izoard, Vars, Agnel etc...
Multiple activities will be available to you from Guillestre:
Alpine skiing, hiking, kayaking, rafting, paragliding, free flight, climbing, via ferrata, fishing, horse riding.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the city center with shops, restaurants, gas station. Free seasonal shuttles stop 100 meters away. Bus station 10 minutes walk away and the Mont-Dauphin-Guillestre SNCF station 3 km away.


We have fully equipped the property with appliances, kitchen and bedding in 2022 in order to offer you a comfortable and pleasant rental.

The terrace:
It is south-facing and overlooks Mount Risoul.
It is equipped with a folding table with 2 chairs and also 2 Acapulco armchairs and a Relax type lounger.

The room:
It has a large 160 x 200 bed with mattress and mattress protector.

A cupboard with storage and kitchen accessories complete the main room.

Cleaning is included (at the end of the stay) in the rate noted as the host's fee
It does not include the kitchen and the garbage cans, which will have to be emptied.

The Bathroom:
It includes a bathtub and hand shower.
A vanity unit with storage and hairdryer.
An ironing board and steam iron.
The toilets are separate.

A parking space in the basement will be reserved for you.
BE CAREFUL, HEIGHT LIMITED TO 2 METERS!
A lockable cellar will serve as a bicycle garage if you have one
or to store your skis and ski boots.

The apartment located on the 1st and last floor is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (no elevator).
