You can enjoy a large south-facing terrace to have lunch in the shade of the trees or enjoy your holidays on a deckchair with a view of the forest. An outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, sink with hot water (non-drinking water), small fridge/freezer is also at your disposal. You will find on the side of the house an outdoor shower for the return from the beach.
Our house is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/living room, then a corridor leading to a laundry room, a shower room and a toilet. At the back are the three bedrooms. The master suite (dressing room/bathroom with WC), a children's bedroom and a third bedroom with double bed.
The town centre of Hossegor and the lake are 3 minutes away by car and very easy to access by bike, thanks to the cycle paths.
The small town of Soorts-Hossegor (bakery/cheese/tobacconist/wine shop/florist/intermarket) is 1 min away by car. Take advantage of the small farmers' market on Saturday mornings to drink a coffee at the trinquet and admire the players at the village fronton.
