Very close to Bristol TN/VA where you will find an abundance of activities for the whole family such as Bristol Motor Speedway, Birthplace of Country Music Museum. 2 bedroom/2 bath with covered outdoor area that includes both Gas and Charcoal Grill. Our Nightly Rate is for 2 people. Each additional person is $40 per night, this is a very strict policy. Max 7 people. We do have security cameras on the Parking Area only of the property. We have Cleaning Fee of $60 per stay in addition to the nightly rate.

Play a game of Horse Shoe by day and enjoy an evening by the South Holston River roasting marshmallows at the Fire Pit, firewood included. This unit also boosts an outdoor shower in the warmer months.

November 1 - February 1 no fishing along South Holston River in front of Pad 1 and Pad 2 is allowed per TVA due to the spawning season between. Fishing on other parts of the South Holston River including Pad 4 and Pad 5 is allowed year round.
