From the first enquiry to the day of check out we are avalaible for guests. We are not based at the property however are just a phone call away. We are able to assist and meet guests if required, however have designed the property as a private retreat with independant access. Once the booking is confirmed and verified we advise of the check in instructions.

As the apartments are in the popular Battery Point area close to Salamanca and the city, you do not require a car to get around. However, should you decide to hire a motor vehicle, parking is on street only and there are 2 hour parking restrictions due to being in a residential area. Weekday restrictions are from 8-5pm and weekend hours are from 8-4pm. Anytime outside these hours are not restricted.
