My adult daughters and I had a great week long vacation in mid-May. The house was well-stocked which made cooking some meals possible. There was a lot of space for our things and for us to feel like we weren't on top of each other, yet the large common areas allowed us all to hang out together. The gas grill and hot tub were in good working order and used often, as was the fireplace. I really appreciated looking out the windows and seeing the lake, and sitting at the water in Adirondack chairs making s'mores. The house is a reasonable distance to grocery stores and restaurants. We saw many different birds, deer, and even a newborn fawn and its momma. We did not use the kayaks or canoe or amenities at Emerald Lake, but we did play a lot of pool, ping pong, and fooz ball. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful Lake View, access to lake right from the backyard. Everything was clean. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway. Pool table could use some new felt and the ping pong table is child size. We made it work. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, great property and super helpful team with AvantStay. Beds were very comfortable, house was overall in good shape. Place could use some reconditioning though. Stove had deep stains, the house had a few drafty areas so weatherstripping probably needs replacing, a few other spots needed a fresh paintjob, and the hottub definitely felt like it needed a cleaning. Our party had a great time though, spacious home, beautiful property and very relaxing. We would definitely stay again!
