This spacious Indian Rocks Beach condo is ideal for families, featuring a private second-floor suite - this is a separate suite that must be accessed by a stairwell that is inside the building, but outside of the main level unit. (4 bedrooms total) and is just steps from the sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is also within walking distance of some of the best local restaurants! Maximum capacity of TEN guests!

-Additional vehicles will need to use nearby off-street parking or buy a daily pass at Tiki Gardens in Indian Shores
-Trailers, U-Hauls, Boats, and RVs are NOT allowed to be parked on the property!
*** Note that private access to the second-floor suite is via 2 short flights of stairs at the back exterior hallway of the lower unit or externally via the elevator.

We had a great stay and would definitely rent again! The location was amazing — honestly the shortest beach walk we’ve ever had, which made everything so convenient. The shower in the master bedroom was heavenly, and now I want that whole system installed in my own house.
The management team was also very easy to get ahold of when we had trouble getting the door open, which we appreciated. The second-floor AC does need some attention, but since we were barely upstairs, it wasn’t a big issue for us. The beach chairs also had quite a bit of rust from the salt air. Parking is tight, but we were still able to fit two minivans without a problem.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the property!

I highly recommend this location! We stayed without four little children. There was plenty of space. The pool was a nice addition! It was clean. Great communication. Will definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect stay for us with 2 small children, super clean, very easy to get down to the beach and pool, parking included was nice too. They even had buckets and sand toys which was great for our 3 year old. We would definitely go back! We liked the location, close to stores and restaurants, not far from downtown Clearwater. I would recommend it!

This was a very nice condo. We loved being right on the beach and slower pace.
Plenty of room for big families! The "extra" unit was perfect for us and daughter who is married.
