Everything about this property was as described on the VRBO listing. The kids really enjoyed the game room and everyone really enjoyed spending time in the pool. The property size was perfect for us and we had everything we needed. Very clean and with beautiful decor. Walmart and HEB were close by for a quick store run. The host was easy to work with and gracious. This was a 5 star stay.

The proximity to Sea World was great. Overall this is a nice house and it has been modified to be a solid short term rental. The pool needs some care and improvements. There are ants all around and the pool filter doesn’t seem to work causing the pool to get dirty. The skimmer net was broken so pretty ineffective to get bugs or leaves off the top. The beds were very comfortable but on the smaller side
