Home is located in a very safe neighborhood. House is located in a cul-de-sac on a premium lot with a pool in the backyard. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, formal Living and Dining Room, large Sunroom, and a large kitchen with granite counter tops. Beautiful ranch home nestled in the growing area in Steele Creek. Centered 15 minutes away from South Park, Uptown Charlotte, and Ballantyne, 5 mins from I-85 and I-485. Very safe and friendly community with many great adult and child-friendly attractions.

We enjoyed our time at the house! The communication with the owner was top tier and very helpful. The house was beautiful and the space was perfect for what we needed. There were a few small issues but nothing that would have prevented us from staying there again.

I recommend this property! Spacious home…..We had 6 adults in our party, and there was room enough for everyone to be comfortable, to gather for family meals, to play games, and to relax and connect. The pool/yard areas are a major plus, and we enjoyed them daily. The location is convenient to stores, CLT airport, and highways. Communication with the host was seamless with response being prompt.
