We call this townhome "Denim". It's one block from University Drive, walking distance to "restaurant row", and a short 2 miles to Texas A&M. Each of its 3 bedrooms has a comfy king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a TV. With a 65" TV, HULU "live" and oversized seating, the stylish living room is where you will want to hang out. There's even a half bath downstairs. That's 3 and a half baths! Washer/Dryer/Swimming Pool included as well. Oh...and 3 reserved parking spaces+plenty of guest parking

The property was very clean with adequate parking. We enjoyed our stay and will return! The check in process was easy and the owners communicated well. Nice place to stay when you visit College Station!

Randy and Kelly were super responsive and nice when we needed something, even to have kitchen supplies delivered to the townhome within a few hours of us arriving so that I could make dinner the evening we arrived. Great place and great location! We will definitely visit again!
