This vacation bungalow, featuring a partially new terrace, is situated in a beautiful location on the western shore of Lake Garda in Tignale. The house is situated in the well-maintained “Sunclass Bungalows” vacation park, in the heart of the “Alto Garda Bresciano” nature reserve, approximately 800 meters above Lake Garda, offering a stunning view of the Monte Baldo massif; when the weather is clear, you can also enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Garda. The resort is a vacation paradise for the whole family, featuring a heated swimming pool. The pool, which includes a children’s pool and a slide, as well as a playground and a ping-pong table, is accessible only to Sunclass guests and is supervised by a lifeguard.
You’ll find a bungalow measuring approximately 70 square meters, featuring a spacious living and dining area as well as three bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and freezer, a high chair, and a 4-burner gas stove. There is an ample supply of dishes, silverware, and glasses.
The bedrooms can accommodate six people with two single beds, one double bed (1.40 m wide), and a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet. Satellite TV with German and Dutch channels and a radio with a CD player are provided. Bedding is available for a fee.
The vacation home features a wraparound terrace on two sides (with a new terrace on the left) offering a stunning view of Lake Garda, Monte Baldo, and the town of Tignale below, and is furnished with high-quality patio furniture. For cooler days, a pellet stove with temperature control ensures a cozy atmosphere. The house has its own parking space.
