Cocoonr offers this charming 67 m² air-conditioned flat with mountain views for rent in Le Lavandou, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children.

Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 33 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi included and all rooms are air-conditioned, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 33 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds joined together to make a double bed (160x200).
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds for children (80x200) that can be brought together to make a double bed (160x200).
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 9 m² west-facing terrace overlooking the garden, with furniture and a pergola to enjoy the fine weather.
A busy road is nearby, and noise pollution may be noticeable outside during the day in high season (July-August).

The flat is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

Activities :
- Water sports (boat, paddle, water skiing, parasailing, diving, swimming).
- Visit the Golden Islands and the coast as far as St Tropez.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building's private car park (one space). A sheltered parking space is also available.

- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères 22 km away (26 min by car)
- Bus station: Lavandou 230 m away (3 min walk)
- Buses to Bormes-les-Mimosas and coastal towns.

Other remarks :
- The terrace is located near a busy road, noise pollution may be noticeable outside during the day.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
