The oversized island with a prep sink is perfect for entertaining or spending time with family. Enjoy meals at the dining table that seats 10 comfortably while taking in views of the Marsh.

First floor includes a bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and large walk-in shower.
Second floor features a spacious primary suite with king bed, soaking tub, and two separate vanities. Walk through double glass doors and enjoy panoramic views from the wrap around deck. Third bedroom is a guest room with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Fourth bedroom includes two twin bunk beds and trundles making it perfect for kids.

2704 Jenkins Point is centrally located, just 9 minutes from 4 mile stretch of pristine beach on Seabrook Island. Only 8 minutes from great restaurants and shopping at Freshfields Village on Kiawah Island. More attractions and historical sites are just 20 minutes away on Johns Island, or explore Downtown Charleston, about 40 minutes away.

Things to know: There is a cost of $45/vehicle. 3 Gate passes maximum. These must be purchased at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and are to be picked up during the check-in process. Application for amenity cards will cost $15, but daily fees are included with rental. Inside the club is a cashless environment. Additional amenity fees may apply. Club pools are closed seasonally.

Private pool is heatable for a fee (dependent on weather). Fireplace not for guest use. *Maximum 1 dog allowed under 50 pounds with paid pet fee of $500 + tax. Guests are liable for cleaning up after their pet in the house and the yard areas. Absolutely no cats due to owner kids allergies. Elevator is typically not for guest use, but available to be switched on for accessibility requests. No parties or events are allowed. No Smoking. MUST be 25 years or older to book.
