The perfect private location steps away from the Sun Valley Resort, bordering Penny Mountain, with great views of both Bald and Dollar Mountains through a wall of windows in the main living room. The private hot tub is situated steps from the back door and sits under beautiful skies in the Central Idaho Dark Sky Reserve.
Sun Valley Lodge recreation passes (5 transferrable passes) are included for our guests and provide free access to the year-round Sun Valley Inn heated pool and the Olympic/lap pools (open during the summer season). The recreation passes also offer a 15% discount on SV Tennis and Pickleball court fees, Gun Club package and one hour trail rides at the SV Stables, and the Lodge hotel rate for Sun Valley Golfing.
No Cleaning Fee on stays of 4 nights or longer. Contact us directly for the possibility of shorter visits.

Our home is located on the Valley's bike/walking path (it's a 5 minute walk over the main lodge and ~1/2 mile into Ketchum) and is on the free local shuttle route (Mountain Rides). Guests can easily walk to the Lodge, shops, restaurants, and access trails and other activities year round.
The home offers plenty of off-street parking, privacy and incredible views of the ski mountains.

The rooms were clean, short walk to the bus stop and short ride to town or slopes. The hot tub was very nice.
Only issue we had was not getting an email with check in code to get in the property on day of arrival, and host not respond to attempts by Expedia to reach them, we were finally able to call them directly.
Also, back bedrooms seemed to have no heat, we adjusted the thermostat but it did nothing for the bedrooms

Great house for our group. Clean, great hot tub, walk to the bus, quick drive to the slopes. If we come back, we will stay here again.
