Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
Your piece of paradise in Korčula.
Luxury apartments with panoramic Adriatic views in Žrnovska Banja.
Welcome to Korčula Luxury Apartments — elegant, spacious homes set above the tranquil waters of Žrnovska Banja, where refined island living meets privacy and space.
Lavanda 3 is a true luxury penthouse, offering over 200 m² of refined living space designed for guests who expect the very best. With generous proportions, abundant natural light, and a calm, elevated atmosphere, it delivers a level of comfort and openness rarely found on the island. The building itself is intentionally exclusive, with only three apartments, enhancing the sense of privacy and quiet throughout your stay.
Thoughtfully designed for relaxed, high-quality living, Lavanda 3 feels closer to a private residence than a typical holiday apartment — ideal for longer stays, special occasions, or guests who value space without compromise.
Step outside and you’re moments from the sea, a local store, and the iconic Beach Club La Banja. Explore the medieval streets of Korčula Old Town, or head the other way toward quieter bays and coastal villages, with the Pelješac Peninsula always on the horizon.
Exceptional space. Quiet luxury. No compromises.
If you’re choosing the finest stay on Korčula, this is it.

This was a beautiful place. The set up was great. The outdoor space and views were spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped. All the bells and whistles in this apartment. Heads up that two of the bathrooms did not have doors....they were walk in from the bedrooms. This was fine for us but might not work for everyone.
